Subject:  Fall 2025 Flex Tennis League – Season Kickoff & Player Guidelines

Dear Players,

Welcome to the Fall 2025 Flex Tennis League! We’re excited to have both our returning and new players join another great season of competitive and fun tennis. Please take a moment to review the key details and new updates below.

 Key Dates

•Round Robin Ends: Saturday, November 22, 2025

•Playoffs: November 23 – December 14, 2025

 New: Weekly Match Deadlines

We’re introducing a weekly match deadline system this season to help everyone stay active and on track.

•Each weekly matchup will have a Play-By Date, which is the latest date to schedule and complete your match.

•You’ll also see a Score Deadline (displayed on the far-right column of the schedule) — this is an additional 7 days allowed to submit your match results.

Example:

Week 1 match → Play-By Date: October 11

Deadline to log score → October 18

This ensures teams stay engaged and play at least one match per week.

 Player Etiquette

We want everyone to have an enjoyable and fair experience throughout the season. Please:

•Communicate promptly with your opponents to schedule matches.

•Show mutual respect and good sportsmanship on and off the court.

•Most importantly — have fun while competing!
