Dear Tennis Enthusiasts:
Are you ready for the upcoming challenge on Saturday? Expect 65+ Players on the event day.
Start hydrating yourself from today to avoid cramps.
Weather: Perfect Tennis weather on Saturday Mar 2. Remember to bring your cap, sun glass and lotions, if needed.
For the new and returning players- Here are some general guidelines.
When: Sat, Mar 2 2019
Where: Frank Veltri Tennis Center, 9101 NW 2nd St, Plantation, FL 33324.
Meeting Point: @Canteen- Right side room at the entrance, opposite to reception.
Expected Schedule: 9:30AM-4:30PM
It is very important for every team to be on time to finish the finals as planned on the same day. One team delay could disrupt the entire schedule
Separate email has been sent to each group for the check in time. Please check your email.
Can I come early?
There will be no court available for practice. Nevertheless, if you wish to come prior to your scheduled first match to watch, you are more than welcome
WARM UP TIME:
Due to time constraints, first pre-match warm up is limited to 10 minutes + 5 min for serves. There should not be warm ups after you have played your first set. This must be adhered to so that all sets will be completed in the time allotted.
Brace up yourself, and let’s have some fun, food and game.
- Remember, though the matches can be played competitively, bottom line to have fun and to make more friends.
- Have respect for the game, your opponent and yourself, avoid any confrontation, request help if needed.

15-Mins complimentary chiropractic Session: 12:30PM-3:30PM
To optimize your performance and address any physical restrictions you may have that affect your athletic performance, we will have a chiropractor on-court who would offer a complimentary 10 minute session to the interested participants. He will offer therapies on flexibility, manual soft tissue release, kinesio taping and adjustment between 11:00AM -2:00PM. First come First Serve.
